Daniel Herche has been in his position as the President and Chief Executive Officer at the Global Transportation Hub since early 2021. Daniel has a unique role in Government where spends half of his time leading the GTH with a focus on sound governance, financial management, and developing new opportunities for businesses to locate at the hub. The other half of Daniel’s time is spent working for the Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement as the Executive Director of Legislative and Advisory Services primarily focused on governance activities. Daniel is a Charted Professional Accountant having worked in a variety of financial, strategic, and project management roles across several Ministries and Crown Corporations including assisting the GTH in its transition to its current private sector management model prior to this role. Daniel is also an active volunteer and is involved with a number of local non-profit organizations having a strong desire to give back to his community.
