Profile

D'Arcy entered the commercial real estate industry in 1992. In 2009, he joined he Colliers team to better serve his clients.

Previously, he held positions with Victoria Park Capital, Investment Saskatchewan, JJ Barnicke Commerical Real Estate and Crown Life Insurance Company.

D'Arcy readily offers extensive market knowledge to clients with over 30 years of experience. He has been involved in all aspects of commercial real estate including leasing, sales, disposition, mortgage underwriting, environmental, valuation and analysis.

His knowledge areas include: investment sales; industrial sales and leasing, office sales and leasing, land sales and development.
