David Calyniuk was in the private real estate development sector with North Ridge Development Corporation in Saskatoon, SK, prior to founding DCAL Developments Inc. David joined North Ridge in 2010, as a Business Development Manager in charge of their Prince Albert, SK housing division. After coming back into the Saskatoon operations in 2013, David began to oversee the land development side of the business and began to also expand their commercial portfolio before becoming Vice President of Acquisitions and Real Estate in 2014. In 2016, David became Chief Executive Officer – Land & Commercial Development. During his time with North Ridge, David oversaw the land development division which held over 2,000 developable acres and spanned 13 municipalities across Saskatchewan. David also oversaw the acquisition and development of nearly 500,000 sq. ft. of commercial property throughout the province. Prior to North Ridge, David was in public accounting with Deloitte for 4 years where he earned his Chartered Accounting designation.
