Diana Hawryluk

General Manager, Regina Land at Dream

Diana is a Registered Professional Planner with 28 years of experience in land use planning, development, and public policy. Her career spans all levels of government in Canada, along with international experience with the Government of Bermuda. Over the years, Diana has led multi-disciplinary teams on a wide range of complex projects — from large-scale land developments to addressing pressing social issues such as homelessness.

In November 2024, Diana joined Dream as General Manager of Land for Regina, where she leads the development of the Eastbrook neighbourhood and Coopertown — the city’s newest and largest master-planned community, projected to house over 30,000 residents at full build-out.

Widely recognized for her collaborative approach, strategic leadership, and commitment to community well-being, Diana brings a unique perspective shaped by her work in both the public and private sectors. She actively volunteers and currently serves as Chair of the Canadian Mental Health Association (Regina Branch).
