Evan Hunchak, P.Eng is the General Manager at Dream Developments. He is responsible for managing Dream’s 3,000+ acres of land in Regina. He has 15 years of experience developing new mixed-use master planned communities ranging in size from 160 acres to more than 2,000 acres. Responsibilities at this task range from land acquisition, land-use planning and engineering, budget development and financial modelling, municipal development approvals, construction management, sales, legal agreements and land titles, and municipal turnover/warranty administration.
