Frank Long oversees the general operation of the Saskatoon Land Division, responsible for the land acquisition, planning, servicing and sale of fully serviced City owned land. The department also provides corporate Real Estate services on behalf of the corporation and coordinates the disposition of surplus City property assets. Frank is responsible for coordination of the Land Development business line with approved annual capital budgets in excess of $60M in each of the last five years.

With over sixty years of involvement in the local land development market, the City of Saskatoon is a major supplier of serviced residential, industrial land in the Saskatoon Region and is positioned well to continue its role in developing sustainable communities and supplying residential commercial and industrial lands to accommodate household, business and employment growth in the Saskatoon real estate market.
