Ian Meredith is Senior Director of Development for Dream Unlimited. A passionate real estate practitioner who believes strongly in the power of thoughtful design, Ian has been consulting on and developing residential and retail assets for across Western Canada for the past eighteen years. Dream Unlimited is a leading Canadian real estate company with more than $17B of assets under management across three TSX listed trusts. The company develops, manage, and invests in master-planned communities, income properties, and urban intensification. In Western Canada they hold 9,000 acres across the metropolitan areas of Calgary, Edmonton, Regina and Saskatoon. Bringing a unique multidisciplinary approach founded in long-term macro-trends, Ian oversees a full development-cycle portfolio consisting of land, retail and rental properties.
