Justin Delorme is the Chief Executive Officer of the Kahkewistahâw Economic Management Corporation (KEMC), and a proud member of Kahkewistahâw First Nation. As CEO he leads the Nation’s economic development strategy and oversees a diverse portfolio of investments and business operations. Under his leadership, KEMC is advancing major projects in real estate development, infrastructure, energy, hospitality, and community-based enterprises that drive long-term economic sustainability for Kahkewistahâw First Nation.

Before becoming CEO, Justin served as Director of Operations for Kahkewistahâw First Nation and completed two terms as Chairperson of the Kahkewistahâw 1907 Specific Claim Trust, where he played a key role in ensuring sound governance and financial stewardship.

He holds a Bachelor of Administration from the First Nations University of Canada and recently completed his Master of Business Administration at Simon Fraser University.

Justin is passionate about creating opportunities for his community, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring that future generations benefit from sustainable, values-driven growth. He has been married for seven years, together with his wife April for twenty, and is the father of two children, Kayden and Shayni. His work is guided by a commitment to building a strong future for his family and Nation, aligning modern business practices with Indigenous values to create prosperity and resilience.
