Nikia Reid is the Executive Director of Infrastructure Planning and Priorities for the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS). She is responsible for developing the Provincial Capital Budget, as well as long-term capital planning, policy and budgeting. Nikia is also responsible for implementing the Asset Management Framework for GOS. Nikia holds an MPA from the Johnson Shoyama Graduate School in Regina. Prior to working at the Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement, Nikia has held multiple roles over the past 8 years in the GOS with the Ministries of Finance, Social Services, and Agriculture, working to implement effective and efficient policy, procedures and IT to support programs.
