Petr Kafka is Principal of Leasing for Strathallen. He manages the National Leasing Team and drives the retail strategy across the country. Over his career, Petr managed a variety of assets ranging from enclosed and unenclosed retail, industrial and office. He has also extensive experience with redevelopment and repositioning of underperforming assets. Petr has a doctorate degree from the University of Toronto. Strathallen is a vertically integrated real estate company with $2B of Assets under Management which comprises 9 million sq. ft. of GLA. Strathallen services include investment, asset management, property management, leasing in addition to master planning and development management.
