Petr is the Principal of Leasing for Salthill. He manages the National Leasing Team and drives the retail strategy across the country. Over his career, Petr managed a variety of assets ranging from enclosed and unenclosed retail, industrial, office and mixed use projects. He has also extensive experience with redevelopment and repositioning of underperforming assets. Petr has earned a doctorate degree from the University of Toronto. Salthill is a vertically integrated real estate company with 3B of Assets under Management which comprises 9.5 M sf of GLA from coast to coast. Salthill services include investment, asset management, property management, leasing in addition to master planning and development management.
