Ryan Babey began working with Colliers Regina in January of 2005. He specializes in the Retail asset class, providing clients with over 15 years experience in brokerage. In 2010 Ryan obtained his CCIM designation and is an active member in good standing with the organization. CCIM is a designation that demonstrates an extensive and proven knowledge in financial, market, user and investment analysis. While continuing to serve his clients, Ryan manages the Regina Brokerage operation and brings his high expectation of service for clients to the Regina brokerage team. A brokerage team that is the largest Commercial Real Estate office in the local market. Ryan serves on a number of community organizations, boards and volunteers for local events. He believes in building stronger communities with hard work and strong character in both professional and personal endeavors.
