Born and raised in Regina, Taylor Beattie is the CFO of the MDL Real Estate Income Fund and a partner in its management company, MDL Management Ltd. Taylor began his career in the residential construction and property management sectors before spending more than five years in raw land and commercial development. Those years of experience in the Saskatchewan real estate market, combined with a business degree in corporate finance, provide a strong foundation for overseeing the Fund’s financial strategy and growth initiatives.
