Profile

Trevor Jacek is Chief Financial Officer of the Mid-West Group of Companies, a diversified organization active in real estate development and investment, property management, business financing and in the automotive sector. He oversees the group’s financial and administrative operations while also guiding strategy in development, acquisitions, lending, and investment management. A graduate of the University of Saskatchewan with a Bachelor of Commerce, Trevor holds the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA) designation.

Before joining Mid-West, he held senior roles in the mining, manufacturing, and corporate finance sectors, specializing in advisory services, restructuring, and valuation.

An active community leader, Trevor serves as President and life-long board member of the Saskatchewan Drag Racing Association Inc., which owns and operates Saskatchewan International Raceway, Western Canada’s longest-running drag racing facility, is a Director of Saskatchewan Place Association Inc., which operates SaskTel Centre, the province’s premier venue for concerts, sporting events, and entertainment, and is a Director for the Greater Saskatoon Chamber of Commerce. He also mentors entrepreneurs through the Raj Manek Business Mentorship Program.

Outside of his professional work, Trevor is an accomplished Masters’ track and field athlete; holding multiple Canadian championships, a drag racer, and lifelong basketball player. Trevor and his wife Nancy enjoy traveling and spending time with their three adult children.
