Mr. Ahmed AlQadeeb joined Rawabi Holding in 2005. In 2010, he became the Manager for Services at Rawabi Oil & Gas. He was promoted to Deputy General Manager of Rawabi Oil & Gas and was assigned in November 2013 to oversee and manage the Group’s Oil & Gas Joint Venture Companies.

In December 2013, Mr. AlQadeeb was promoted to General Manager of Rawabi Oil & Gas and then appointed as Vice President of Oilfield Services. By mid-2019, Mr. AlQadeeb became responsible for the full management and operations of Rawabi, in addition to his existing responsibilities at RVOS (Rawabi Vallianz Offshore Services).

In March 2022, Mr. AlQadeeb was appointed as the Managing Director of Rawabi Energy, a closed stock company, and CEO of RVOS. He also oversees the Offshore and Gas & Oil Services of the Rawabi Group.

Mr. AlQadeeb sits on the boards of all Rawabi Holding companies and the boards of several Energy Sector Joint Venture companies such as Rawabi Vallianz, Rawabi Archer, Rawabi Geolog, Rawabi CETCO, Rawabi Pason, Rawabi United Safety, and Rawabi Wildcat. He is also a member of Rawabi Holding's investment committee.

Mr. AlQadeeb holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from King Fahad University of Petroleum & Minerals. Prior to joining Rawabi Holding, Mr. AlQadeeb was a Senior Electrical Wireline Field Engineer at Schlumberger from 2001-2005.
