His career spans roles as HSE Consultant, Marine Auditor, Accident Investigator, VDR Analyst, and Principal at maritime education institutions. With over 20 years of sailing experience and service as a Flag State Inspector, he brings practical insights and technical depth. Currently, he also mentors and develops instructors to meet industry-aligned JRM training standards, making him a valuable voice on offshore operational excellence, safety, and workforce readiness.
