Dr. Carolin Stumm-Wenk is a German national who moved to Dubai in October 2022 as Managing Director for Arabian Gulf and Pakistan with Hapag-Lloyd Middle East.

She started her career with Hapag-Lloyd in September 2014 based out of Hamburg which is also the Headquarter. Dr. Stumm has been working as a Lawyer in Law firms in Germany and UK for several years prior to joining Hapag-Lloyd as a Corporate Counsel in the Legal Department. She was the Senior Director Regional Commercial in Region North Europe as of January 2020 prior to her move to Dubai.

Dr. Carolin has a Law Degree as well as a PhD from the University of Hamburg and a Master of Law in Admiralty from Tulane University, Louisiana USA.
