Dr. Lina Eyouni is a distinguished environmental scientist and leader, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Environmental Monitoring at Red Sea Global. Internationally, Dr. Eyouni contributes her expertise as Co-Chair of the Group of Experts at the Intergovernmental Oceanographic Commission (IOC) of UNESCO, where she plays a pivotal role in advancing global efforts in marine science, capacity development, and sustainable ocean governance.
She holds a Ph.D. in Physical Oceanography as first Saudi Female, and her academic and technical background includes specialized training in Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) piloting, high-frequency radar systems, and the design of smart environmental monitoring networks.
