Yousef Al Dossary is a visionary executive leader with extensive experience in maritime transport, supply chain management, and regulatory compliance. With a career spanning over 19 years, Yousef has established himself as a key player in Saudi Arabia's transportation and logistics sectors, aligning his work closely with the strategic objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.

Currently, Yousef serves as the General Manager of Maritime Environment & Safety at the Transport General Authority (TGA) in Riyadh. In this role, he has been instrumental in launching initiatives aimed at elevating the standards of the Saudi-flagged fleet, implementing circular economy practices, and enhancing sustainability and ESG performance within the maritime industry. His leadership was pivotal in the successful organization of the Sustainable Maritime Industry Conference (SMIC) 2023, an event that underscored Saudi Arabia's commitment to sustainable maritime practices.

Yousef's career is marked by significant contributions to global supply chain management and environmental health, safety, and sustainability (EHSS) at Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC). As Senior Manager of EHSS and Sustainability, he developed and implemented critical crisis management and business continuity plans that improved risk management across regions. His work also included overseeing the global vetting policy for marine transportation, thereby enhancing responsible care for various transport modalities.

In addition to his current role at TGA, Yousef has held several other influential positions, including Board Member at the National Maritime Academy, where he contributes strategic insights to the academy's partnership between Saudi Aramco and the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC).

Yousef holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Edinburgh Napier University, UK, and has pursued further education in sustainable supply chains and creative leadership from the University of Cambridge and Stanford University, respectively. He is also a certified Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP) and holds an International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety (NEBOSH).

Beyond his professional achievements, Yousef has played a crucial role in regional safety and quality standards as the former Chairman of the Gulf SQAS Committee/Program under the Gulf Petrochemicals and Chemicals Association (GPCA). His efforts in promoting ADR standards and enhancing the Gulf SQAS website have had a lasting impact on the industry.
