Maksim Mihic is Global Executive Vice President, Operations and Engineering at DP World based in Dubai, U.A.E. Maksim has functional responsibility for operations and engineering performance across the DP World Ports and Terminals portfolio. He currently serves on the DP World subsidiary Boards of World Crane Services, Antwerp World Gateway and Rotterdam World Gateway.

In his previous role, Maksim served as CEO of DP World (Canada) Inc from 2012 to 2023, with responsibility for defining the vision and setting the strategy for the container, general cargo, logistics and stevedoring business.

Maksim brings with him over 25 years of marine terminal experience specializing in operations, process improvements, equipment design and acquisition, and project management. With a proven record of successfully driving and managing growth, his key accomplishments include the acquisitions of Fraser Surrey and Prince Rupert’s Fairview marine terminals as well as their successful integration into the global DP World family. Maksim has also overseen the significant expansions of both DP World Vancouver and DP World Prince Rupert.
