A former Chief Engineer with 30 years of shipboard & shore based experience, he brings deep industry insight and leadership to every initiative. Nikeel’s contributions to maritime education have earned him the IMC Honorary Doctorate Leadership Excellence Award 2024, IMarEST’s Global Marine Education Award 2022 & the Marine Ambassador Award 2017.
