Zyad Alhasan is a senior professional with over 17 years of expertise in managing large-scale projects and programs across diverse sectors, including digital transformation, and product and service launches. He specialises in the design and execution of transformation projects, aligning strategic objectives with operational execution.

Zyad holds a bachelor’s degree in computer system engineering from Birzeit University, alongside a postgraduate diploma in the Management of Technology and Innovation. His robust educational foundation is further supported by a comprehensive suite of certifications from globally recognised organisations, reflecting his mastery in both traditional and agile project management methodologies. He is a PMI Authorised Training Partner Instructor and holds several prestigious credentials including (but not limited to) Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), Project Management Professional (PMP), Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP) amongst many others.

During his tenure at Ooredoo, Zyad led digital transformation programs as a program manager, in addition to overseeing major initiatives such as a successful Billing Swap Out Project. His work spans multiple industries and geographies, having delivered high-impact training programs across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Turkey, Lebanon, and Palestine.
