Andrea Di Bella, Marine Senior Director Middle East & Africa of RINA Services S.p.A., was born in Genova (Italy) in 1970, and he graduated in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Genova, Italy, in 1994.

In 1995 he was employed in Hong Kong by FINENCO ENGINEERING HK CO. LTD where he was involved in several shipbuilding projects in Vietnam and China.

In 2001 he joined RINA as project manager in the oil and gas sector:, specifically, he was in charge for the certification of the Green Stream gas sealine connecting Libia with Sicily

In 2004 he was responsible of Rina activities in Kazakhstan and Project Manager of a Team of RINA technicians, providing Quality Assurance and Quality Control Services to the major oil companies operating in the area.

In 2009 he was in charge for the development and implementation of rules, procedures and instruction for RINA activities in the Oil & Gas and Energy markets.

In 2011 he was appointed Middle East Area Manager and he was in charge for commercial, technical and management duties for Marine, Certification and Industrial activities.

In January 2018 He was appointed Senior Marine Director for Middle East and Africa.

In the current position he is in charge for Marine Operation in the area and in particular, he is focused on the achievement of commercial, operative and financial objectives, driving the different organizational units of his area to accomplish sales, profitability, business and technical targets.
