After graduating from Texas A&M University, Douglas Korth has earned over 30 years of experience in the offshore energy industry, including over 20 years with McDermott. Douglas has worked in the United States, the Caribbean, West Africa, the Caspian, Brazil, Southeast Asia and the Middle East in roles of increasing responsibility in project management, commercial development, operations, and general management. Douglas has led project teams and businesses to engage, innovate and successfully develop offshore fields in water depths ranging from ultra-shallow to ultra-deep. Douglas is currently based in Dubai, U.A.E. In his latest role he was the Senior Director of Marine Operations for McDermott’s Offshore Middle East (OME) Business Line accountable to deliver EPCI offshore installation scopes with an owned fleet of heavy construction vessels.
