Based in Singapore, Nicholas Clarke is the CEO and Co-Founder of Greywing (Y-Combinator W21), where he is on a mission to automate anything that gets on or off a vessel, excluding cargo, and starting with Crew Changes. With a background in the British Royal Marines, Nicholas had previously founded and ran a multi-million dollar business in Maritime Security to protect commercial shipping, superyachts, and offshore oil and gas projects from piracy. His experience with maritime clients then had shaped his understanding of the industry, along with his knowledge of their internal processes and digital infrastructure. In 2019, he met his Co-Founder in Singapore, and from then on, Greywing was born.
