Rickard joined Shell in 2005 and has held several techno/commercial roles across the company’s global lubricants business since 2012 he has been working for Shell Marine with several projects on how to digitize and automate processes for lubricant and equipment monitoring. He also revamped the technical services onboard testing value proposition and introduced several state-of-the-art technologies in preparation for IMO 2020 fuel sulphur cap transition.

He is a UAE resident since 1999 and has extensive working experience in the Middle East, Central & South Asia, He holds degrees in both heavy equipment machinery engineering & information technology systems.
