Started my sailing career with “Shipping Corporation of India” and has been sailing on Oil/Chemical tankers throughout my career.

After a brief sailing career moved ashore and started serving the industry in various capacity . I was instrumental in setting up the training courses for tankers and later joined the management team to set up a DOC office for tanker management .

Currently, I am serving at multiple capacity in Synergy Marine, Global head of Marine Operations for Chemical tankers and parallelly heading the “Synergy Middle East DMCC” office set up in Dubai.

Additionally, I am also serving as a board member of MOL/Synergy JV.

On the Educational front, did my MBA from S.P Jain School of Global Management , Singapore

I believe ,harnessing a digital culture is key for Shipping industry sustainability. Value creation and its delivery shall only be developed by inculcating the digital culture in shipping.

On the Digital landscape I have been instrumental in developing a software for Chemical tanker stowage .Through this software the tedious process of cargo stowage has been simplified to one click solution.

After the successful stint on the ACA project, started another project on shipboard operational function to virtually hand hold the sea farer in multiple operational activity .
