As a former merchant marine officer, David Zhou’s practice areas cover admiralty and maritime, contentious and non-contentious issues on both “wet” and “dry” works. David Zhou acts for P&I Clubs, shipping companies, insurers, banks, shipyards, port authorities, and a variety of shipping interests in many influential cases.
