Should We Listen to Music While Designing?

This post on designer-daily blog asks the age-old question of should we listen to music while working? Thinking of design terms, I believe that it sparks creative juices and allows work to come out freely. Others believe that music can lower productivity because serious projects require a high-level of concentration. What's your take on it?
