Laura Gamel is a Senior Director in the Ethics & Compliance Department at Lantheus. She has worked in pharmaceutical compliance as a Business Partner since 2011 in both small and large companies. She has extensive experience supporting multiple Commercial, Medical and Patient Advocacy teams in both rare disease and highly competitive markets, as well as supporting compliance program maturation. Prior to that, she specialized in physician-industry relationships at Partners HealthCare (now Mass General Brigham) in Boston, landing in compliance after working several years as a litigator. She’s a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and Syracuse University College of Law.
