Lisa has a deep background in commercial legal and compliance advising of pharmaceutical companies, both as in-house and outside counsel. She has advised businesses through several new product launches as well as regulatory and litigation challenges. Lisa is currently the Chief Compliance Officer and Head of Commercial Legal at Geron and has previously held the same role at Karyopharm Therapeutics and AMAG Pharmaceuticals. Her prior experience also includes law firm counseling and defense of government investigations at DLA Piper, Ropes & Gray, and Sidley Austin. Lisa is a graduate of NYU School of Law and spent 4 years prosecuting False Claims Act cases an Assistant United States Attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice..
