Lisa Meletta is a former Assistant United States Attorney and in-house Deputy General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. Lisa draws on her extensive experience on both sides of life sciences litigation to provide strategic, practical advice for managing investigations and regulatory risk.

Lisa’s work focuses on defending False Claims Act cases and government investigations, conducting internal investigations, and providing advice to life sciences clients to proactively mitigate risk. Lisa’s advice is practical, measured, and informed by a deep understanding of industry standard practices and how regulators view the issues. Lisa counsels clients through government and internal investigations and on issues related to pharmaceutical advertising and promotion, interactions with health care professionals, and the development and implementation of health care compliance programs.
