Yvonne Clark is a seasoned legal and compliance executive with over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. She currently serves as Vice President, Head of Corporate Compliance at Spark Therapeutics, a Philadelphia-based gene therapy company and member of the Roche group. In this role, Ms. Clark leads the Corporate Compliance organization, and is responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of all aspects of the company’s compliance program. Prior to Spark, she worked as a commercial attorney at Merck Sharp & Dohme Corporation and counseled Merck’s U.S. Commercial Division on a variety of legal and compliance matters, and associated business risks. Before serving as an in-house attorney, Ms. Clark worked as an attorney in private practice for 16 years, focusing on advising and defending companies in the life sciences space at the law firms of Pepper Hamilton LLP (now Troutman Pepper) and Dechert LLP.
