Dr. Furqan Ali holds a Ph.D. in Biotechnology with a specialization in Microbiology and Fermentation. With over 12 years of industrial experience in fermentation, probiotics, dairy starter cultures, and food enzymes, Dr. Ali has held positions in research scientist, fermentative production, quality control, and technical support. He has contributed to the scientific community with over 23 research articles published in internationally reputed, peer-reviewed journals and has secured more than 200 patents worldwide. Since joining Leaf in 2023, Dr. Furqan Ali has been dedicated to supporting Leaf's partners in their ethanol production efforts, employing a comprehensive and extensive technical approach to maximize plant profitability.
