Dr. Furqan Ali holds a Ph.D. in Biotechnology with a specialization in Medical and Industrial Microbiology. With over 10 years of industrial experience in the fields of fermentation, probiotics, dairy starter cultures, and food enzymes, Dr. Ali held positions in fermentative production, quality control, and technical support. Within the industry, he contributes to scientific literature with over 23 research articles published in internationally reputed peer-reviewed journals. Since joining Leaf in 2022, Dr. Furqan Ali has been committed to supporting Leaf’s partners in their ethanol production efforts with a comprehensive and extensive technical approach to maximize plant profitability.
