Advisor & Business Head Ethanol at DCM Shriram Ltd.

Rajesh Dhingra has over forty years of professional experience and has worked in potable, industrial and fuel ethanol field in India and Africa. He has a Masters Degree in Process Plant Design from the Indian Institute of Technology – Delhi and Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering from Panjab University, Chandigarh.

At present he is working as Advisor & Head of Ethanol Business at DCM Shriram Ltd. He has been actively involved in setting up the ethanol business for the company including three multi feed ethanol plants and a potable alcohol plant. Prior to this, Mr. Dhingra, was working with Mawana Sugars Limited as Head of the Ethanol Business. He was responsible for setting up its state of the art fuel ethanol plant based on cane molasses and to enter the ethanol business. He spearheaded expansion of production capacity by installing a covered shed at its bio-composting facility so that the plant could run round the year, unaffected by the rains.
