Sasathorn has 10 years in the marketing and market research field expertise in both qualitative and quantitative; specializing in industrial and commodities products. After 2018, she joined Mitr Phol Sugar Corp., Ltd., the biggest sugar mill in Thailand, and started her role researching Thai Crops, Sugar Trade flow, and Futures Trading.

Currently, she works as an Executive Market Analyst covering the research desk of Mitr Phol Group. As a part of her roles, she attends as the delegate of the Thai mill in international meetings such as the ASEAN Sugar Alliance. She has the opportunity to share Thai's market view and insight at both domestic sugar conferences and international conferences.
