Dr. Sibabrata Mukherjee holds a Ph.D. in Microbial Fermentation & Enzyme Technology from Jadavpur University. He gained over a decade of experience working for Indian and Multinational corporations, contributing to R&D, customer-facing technical roles, and project management. Within the industry, Dr. Mukherjee contributes to technical book chapters and scientific articles, is editorial board member of Indian Food Industry Magazine, advisory board member of University & Institute, and life fellow member of the AFSTI and OTAI. Having joined Leaf in 2020, Dr. Mukherjee is an industrial fermentation expert, working closely with the Nation’s alcohol producers to maximize plant profitability through performance improvement.
