Andre Jr. Ayotte is an innovation catalyst with over 15 years of experience across digital transformation, PE/VCinvestment, and deep technology development in emerging markets. As a strategic advisor to Canada's QuantumComputing Accelerator at the University of Toronto's Creative Destruction Lab, he has helped advance breakthroughtechnologies and support a new generation of quantum entrepreneurs.

He is Director of Gemini Capital, where he oversees investment strategies built on Africa's structural advantages in deeptech including geopolitical neutrality, data independence, and regulatory flexibility for emerging technologies. His workalso centres on innovation corridors linking Africa, the Middle East, and global markets. Gemini Capital is deep tech andAI investment platform backing African startups.

His earlier career spans capital markets, private equity structuring, and venture development. He has supported more than55 portfolio companies through critical growth phases, executed multiple M&A and IPO transactions, and designed digitaltransformation strategies for emerging markets. He holds an MBA from the University of Toronto's Rotman School ofManagement, graduating in the top percentile in Corporate Finance and Private Equity.
