Bowale is a senior executive with two decades of global experience in developing, financing, and growing sustainable infrastructure projects. Her expertise spans transport and logistics, energy, manufacturing, and industrial zones. Her expertise encompasses investment, project development, and value creation across Africa and global markets. She is currently Managing Director / CEO of SeedTree Capital, an advisory firm that partners with institutions and investors to deliver sustainable, high-impact solutions.

As a member of the MCC Advisory Council, Bowale serves alongside an interdisciplinary group of thought leaders, providing strategic insights to the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) on innovations in infrastructure, technology, and sustainability.

At the Africa Finance Corporation (AFC), a multilateral finance institution with a $12 billion balance sheet, Bowale was instrumental in driving strategic initiatives, managing risks, and representing the organisation on the board of investee companies. Her leadership played a pivotal role in the development, financing, and operations of over 20 climate-resilient projects, collectively valued at over $10 billion. This role underscored her proficiency across the investment value chain, as well as in ESG/climate finance and risk management.

Bowale has also gained valuable experience in strategy, technology consulting, and commercial credit with industry leaders such as Accenture, Chevron, and GE Capital. She is also an Archbishop Tutu Leadership Fellow, a prestigious program run by the African Leadership Institute in partnership with Oxford University.

Bowale holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Minnesota. She is a Chartered Director with the Institute of Directors UK, underscoring her commitment to excellence in governance and strategic leadership.
