Carisa is the Co-Founder and General Partner of The Continent Venture Partners (TCVP) an early stage venture capital fund investing in tech driven start-ups across Africa. As an entrepreneur, she built one of the largest data and telecoms companies in Kenya and founded and established the American Chamber of Commerce in Kenya, the largest professional business organization in the country, serving as the founding President.

Carisa is a graduate of the joint Executive Specialized Master’s (MSc) program at HEC and the University of Oxford, holds an MA in International Economics from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and a BA (hons) in Economics. Carisa’s experience spans multiple industries and sectors, including FinTech, Technology, ICT, Aviation and Finance from start-ups to mature multinationals and business turnarounds.
