Profile
Diana founded Momentus Global – then known as International Financial Consulting Ltd. (IFCL) – in 2000 to follow her passion for strengthening and supporting the catalysts of global development. Her mission has been to drive Public Development Banks, including Development Finance Institutions, Export Credit Agencies, National Development Banks to be more strategically and operationally relevant focusing on “Better Institutions, Better Outcomes”. Momentus Global also serves private industry, UN agencies, philanthropic foundations, and impact funds that have public-policy relevance.
Diana is the author of countless industry publications on the role of National Development Banks and co-authored, with Acre Impact Capital, the award-winning 2022 International Chamber of Commerce white paper on Sustainability in Export Finance. She has championed projects across Africa, working with nearly 20 different national and regional African DFIs across the continent, with a focus on institutional strengthening, development impact reporting, strategic planning and governance, including her work with the Uganda Development Bank Ltd. on institutional development. In 2019, Diana was selected as an Inspirational Woman in Trade Finance. Momentus Global, with Stafford Law and Samawati Capital Partners, was part of the collaborative team that worked on the “Study on Africa as a jurisdiction for domiciliation of investment vehicles”.
Diana began her career at Export Development Canada and holds an MA in Economics from Queens University (Kingston, Ontario). As comfortable on an airplane as she is in a conference room or in a forest, you may encounter Diana in any of these settings during one of her many worldwide engagements.
