Ed is CEO and Co-Founder of Infinite Partners, which was founded in 2022. Since the establishment of Infinite Partners, Ed has led Infinite Partners Core Equity II’s investment into e4 and CYNK and multiple exits from its predecessor fund. Prior to co-founding Infinite Partners, Ed was Managing Partner of Ethos Mid Market Fund I and also served on the firms ExCo and served on the boards of a number of portfolio companies over a 12 year career at the firm.

Prior to joining Ethos, Ed worked as a transactor in the Acquisition and Leveraged Finance team at Absa Capital (an affiliate of Barclays Capital). His responsibilities included sourcing, structuring and executing transactions across the credit spectrum from investment grade to sub-investment grade corporate for structured bank debt and High Yielding Bonds.

Ed currently serves on the boards of e4, CYNK and Crossfin.

Ed holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Accounting Sciences, a post graduate diploma in Accounting, a Masters in Financial Management Sciences all from the University of Pretoria. He is also a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants and holds and EMBA from INSEAD.
