Glen Jordan is an impact entrepreneur and financial inclusion pioneer with deep experience in leveraging fintech and property innovation to drive affordable housing and infrastructure investment across Africa. As Co-Founder of Empowa, he leads efforts to enable financially excluded communities to access housing finance through technology and impact investment. Previously, he founded Bitprop, which connected institutional capital to small property owners, creating a new investable asset class that uplifted local communities, and co-founded IMB Financial Services, a fintech ecosystem delivering accessible financial solutions to the mass market. With a proven track record that includes co-founding Provantage Media Group (now a leading pan-African enterprise) and selling an award-winning e-learning start-up to Naspers, Glen brings firsthand entrepreneurial and leadership experience to discussions on sustainable, inclusive infrastructure investment in Africa.
