Jemine is a dynamic brand management and strategy executive with over 20 years of global experience spanning consumer retail, luxury goods, real estate, investment banking, and private equity across major markets in the US, Europe, Asia, and Africa.

Her leadership journey includes transformative roles at globally renowned brands like Versace, where she led all core areas of the Brand’s off-price business operations, delivering strategic and operational improvements driving sales and margin expansion, and Gucci, where she advanced merchandising strategies in Italy and China to enhance profitability and brand equity. Jemine’s expertise extends beyond luxury fashion, to real estate with the Bicester Village Collection in London, developing new business models and brand partnerships across Europe, and a diverse background that includes management consulting as a Partner in the consumer sector at BCG Milan, investment banking at UBS in New York, and private equity at Parish Capital in London, where she developed value creation strategies for clients and portfolio companies.

Currently, as an Executive-in-Residence at Kuramo Capital Management, Jemine is a catalyst for ecosystem-building initiatives, including the Moremi Platform, Africa’s first integrated platform focused on empowering female fund manager universe.

Jemine is deeply passionate about the intersection of commerce, creativity, and culture. She is a champion of sustainable practices, inclusive economic development, and frameworks that can unlock long-term growth and success for businesses and communities alike.

As Chairperson of the Creativity & Culture Summit at SuperReturn Africa, Jemine brings her global expertise, cultural insight, and strategic vision to guide critical discussions on fit-for-purpose innovation, sustainable growth, and the transformative power of creativity and culture in driving economic and social impact on the continent.

A native of Nigeria, Jemine holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from the University of Chicago.
