Jesse Pielke is the founder of HashrateUp, a Bitcoin mining consultancy based in Cape Town, South Africa. He works with investors, energy developers, and mining operators to structure and broker Bitcoin mining infrastructure deals across Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. His current focus is monetising Africa's stranded and renewable energy capacity through Bitcoin mining, with a live hydro-powered pilot underway in the Eastern Cape.
