Joseph Lassen is a co-founder of Green Flare and serves as Chief Financial Officer of the company. He leads all strategic financial initiatives for the company, including investment formation, capital structuring, project financing, and strategy.

Previously, Joseph served as an Investment Partner and Head of EMEA at CMT Digital – a global digital asset and blockchain infrastructure investment fund. He has also served as an investment professional at Rock Island Capital, a private equity fund focused on leveraged and management buyouts in the manufacturing and telecom sectors. He started his career at The Optimas Group, a single-family office focused on direct equity placements.

Joseph holds a BSBA in Economics from Creighton University, and an MBA from INSEAD.
