Profile
Julie Rouxel is a consultant in the I&P Ecosystems team. She contributes to I&P's training, advisory and advocacy activities, capitalising on the group's experience to develop the investment-related ecosystems. She graduated from Sciences Po with a master's degree in International Relations and has specialised in private sector development topics. Julie co-authored for I&P the report ‘The state of investment in SME funds in Africa 2024’, sponsored by the Argidius Foundation and presented at SuperReturn Africa 2024.
