Kwaku Owusu-Achaw serves as the Business Development Director for Africa, overseeing the Foundation's presence in the region across all portfolios, with an emphasis on strategic partnerships and innovative solutions for key customers. Prior to this role, Kwaku played a pivotal role in the Access to Energy and Sustainable Mobility portfolios, where he established and led initiatives in West Africa, helping scale numerous businesses across the continent through his support of partner organizations.

Kwaku began his career in asset management with Fidelity Investments. Before joining Shell Foundation, he spent over five years in Shell’s Trading business, progressing through several roles since starting as a graduate.
