Marc Lasserre is the Founder of S.O. Capital Advice, an investment advisory firm specializing in private assets, established in late 2009.

With over 30 years of experience in cross-border M&A operations and investments across private equity, infrastructure, venture capital and debt. Marc has built a distinguished career in the financial sector.

Previously, Marc served as an Investment Principal at AXA Private Equity (now Ardian), followed by his role as Head of the Private Equity Funds of Funds division at Oddo Asset Management. Between 2002 and 2009, he led investments in private equity, infrastructure, and venture capital funds, both on primary and secondary markets.

Since 2013, S.O. Capital Advice has been supporting African private equity and venture capital managers in raising funds and has facilitated secondary transactions involving African assets.
